Yes. The Billing Health Check is free and carries no obligation. You keep the findings whether or not you decide to work with FYNQ Medical Billing. The goal is to give independent practices a clear, honest picture of their billing performance so they can make an informed decision — there is no cost and no commitment to receive it.
Do I have to share patient data?
No. The Billing Health Check never asks for protected health information (PHI). It works entirely from practice-level details — your specialty, payer mix, claim volume, and current process — so there is no patient data to collect, store, or protect. FYNQ's onboarding assistant, Sophia, guides the assessment without handling any PHI.
What do I get at the end?
