This page should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, SMS Terms & Conditions, and Terms of Service.

4. Cookie and Tracking Preferences
You can manage cookies and similar tracking technologies on our Site through:
- Your browser settings (see our Cookie Policy for browser-specific instructions)
- Your mobile device settings for advertising identifiers
- Industry opt-out tools:
- Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA): aboutads.info/choices
- Network Advertising Initiative (NAI): networkadvertising.org/choices
- DAA AppChoices (mobile): aboutads.info/appchoices
For complete information about the cookies we use, please see our Cookie Policy.
5. Targeted Advertising Opt-Out
We use Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms to deliver targeted ads about our medical billing and revenue cycle services. To opt out of personalized advertising on these platforms:
- Google Ads: Google Ads Settings
- Meta/Facebook: Facebook Ad Preferences
- LinkedIn: LinkedIn Ad Settings
- Microsoft (Bing): Microsoft Ad Settings
- X (Twitter): X Personalization Settings
Opting out does not stop all ads — you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored based on your interaction with our Site.
6. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If you visit our Site with a browser or extension that broadcasts a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California and other state privacy laws.
To learn more about GPC, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.
7. "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"
FYNQ Medical Billing LLC does not sell your personal information for money. However, we may "share" personal information with advertising partners (such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn) for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws.
You have the right to opt out of this sharing. To submit a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request:
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share"
- Call (307) 776-6600
- Set your browser to broadcast a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal
We will process your request as required by applicable law.
8. State Privacy Rights
The following rights may be available to you depending on the state in which you reside. To exercise any of these rights, see Section 10 below.
8.1 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, share, and sell or share about you
- Access the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
- Delete personal information we have collected from you (subject to legal exceptions)
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information to certain permitted purposes
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised your rights
For more information about California rights, see Section 13 of our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Nevada Residents
Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties who intend to license or sell that information. We do not currently engage in such sales. To submit a request, email [email protected].
8.3 Texas Residents
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), which became effective July 1, 2024, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and certain profiling.
8.4 Other State Residents
Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws (including but not limited to Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Oregon, Montana, Tennessee, Iowa, Indiana, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Maryland, and others) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and port their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal information, and certain profiling activities.
We honor these rights as required by applicable law. To submit a request, see Section 10 below.
9. Sensitive Personal Information
In the course of providing billing services, we act as a HIPAA Business Associate and may access patients' protected health information (PHI) on behalf of our healthcare-provider clients. PHI is governed by HIPAA and the Business Associate Agreement with each practice — not by this page — and is never used for advertising. For practice representatives, we may collect business-contact and account information (such as practice banking/EFT details for remittance reconciliation), used only for permitted business purposes and not for advertising.
California residents have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information to certain permitted purposes. To submit such a request, email [email protected].

We will only use the information you provide to verify your identity, and we will not request more information than is necessary for verification.

- Deny you goods or services
- Charge you a different price or rate
- Provide a different level or quality of goods or services
